Aldridge, Bobby
After working virtually every job remaining from the late 1800's in modern society: woodcutter, stone mason, piano mover etc., Bobby Aldridge settled into teaching the subjects dangerous to discuss at parties: politics, economics, and religion. He is the former owner of the Haiku Gallery and the Brown Street Gallery of Fine Arts. He is now a full-time poet and editor, tinkerer and entrepreneur. His work appears in The Haiku Journal, Poetry Quarterly, The Society of Classical Poets, Miracle, The Inner Arts Journal, The Tanka Journal, Fifty Haikus, Chicago Literati, and Lunch at Giverny. He is the author of a full length poetry collection, "An Affair of the Stilled Heart" from Lamar University Literary Press 2016 and "Romantically Involved", a chapbook from New Codices Press.
